Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Timesheep app, made by its independent developer (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.

1. Your licence

If you got Timesheep from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, together with these terms. If you got it from Google Play, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. Either way, you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

2. Subscriptions

3. Calculations are a guide, not advice

Timesheep works out pay, Overtime, Shift Premiums, Balances and Vacation from what you enter and the rules you choose. Presets such as US federal or California Overtime, and Public Holidays by Region, follow public sources and may not match your contract, your employer’s payroll or a later change in the law. The results help you keep track and spot differences; they are not legal, tax or payroll advice. If a Paycheck doesn’t match, check with your employer, your payroll office or an adviser.

4. Your data

Your data stays on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). We can’t see it, so we can’t recover it for you. Keep a Backup, which the app helps you make, especially before changing phones.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Timesheep reliable and up to date, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or available on every device and operating system version. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering the app, it will keep working on your phone with your existing data for as long as your operating system supports it.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost earnings caused by a calculation you relied on, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that can’t be waived.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
